Tyler works as a healthcare technology analyst. In this role, he ensures that doctors and nurses have access to the tools they need to provide quality patient care. He has worked with Asante, Oregon Medical Group, and healthcare networks across the nation to help our caregivers succeed.

Tyler is very active in his community. He currently serves on these boards and committees:
Medford Transportation Commission (elected Chair 2023, elected Vice Chair 2022)
Medford Parking Committee (elected Chair 2022, elected Vice Chair 2021)
Medford Community Services and Development Commission
Rogue Valley Transportation District Budget Committee

On these boards and committees, Tyler has:
Administered $3 Million in federal grants to go towards 19 local non-profits
Directed $2 Million in state funding to go towards the Safe Routes for School program
Passed policy to extend the Medford Downtown Parklet Program

His volunteer experience extends beyond government. As an Eagle Scout, Tyler believes it’s important to give back to one’s community. He currently volunteers with the ACCESS Mobile Food Pantry, and The Medford Severe Weather Shelter.

Tyler graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has lived in the Rogue Valley ever since. Tyler and his spouse, Han (a hospice nurse and fellow SOU graduate) love walking their dog Mochi through the city’s neighborhoods and parks.
